This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• **Role Overview**
• The selected candidates will prioritize high-volume outbound calling to create business meetings and ensure executive delegate attendance for global B2B events. This role is heavily phone-oriented, requiring confidence, resilience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to consistently meet outbound activity targets.
• This position is ideally suited for individuals who truly enjoy outbound sales, are driven by targets, and are incentivized by performance-based rewards.
• **Key Responsibilities**
• Execute high-volume outbound calls to senior executives and decision-makers**
• Arrange qualified meetings for the sales team**
• Ensure delegate attendance for executive-level events**
• Develop and sustain strong prospect engagement through professional communication**
• Manage and refresh prospect activity within the CRM system**
• Uphold consistent outbound call activity and performance metrics**
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate pipeline growth and event attendance goals**
• Deliver professional communication in line with international business standards
• **Requirements**
• At least 2 years of B2B outbound sales or SDR experience**
• Essential strong phone-based sales background**
• Excellent spoken English with a professional and neutral accent**
• Comfortable engaging with senior executives and decision-makers**
• Strong resilience and capability to handle rejection positively**
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven by financial incentives**
• Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar**
• Strong organizational and communication abilities**
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting**
• Reliable home office setup including stable internet and a quiet working environment**
• Preference for candidates based in Cape Town or Johannesburg
• **Preferred Experience**
• Experience in B2B events, delegate acquisition, or appointment-setting**
• Background in UK or international sales markets**
• Exposure to high-volume outbound sales environments**
• Familiarity with Aircall, Zoho CRM, or outbound dialer systems is advantageous
