This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Make 80-100 daily calls to warm leads who have completed their business registration through our organization.
• Engage in consultative discussions to comprehend client needs, challenges, and business objectives.
• Present financial and technical solutions such as business loans, payment processing, banking services, and website development to resolve client pain points.
• Articulate intricate financial and technical concepts in a straightforward, client-friendly manner.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster recurring revenue and loyalty.
• Consistently achieve or surpass individual and team sales goals.
• Keep precise records in CRM systems and utilize sales tools to monitor progress and performance.
• Over 3 years of demonstrated sales experience, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong consultative and relationship-building abilities, capable of identifying client needs and suggesting value-driven solutions.
• Exceptional active listening, communication, and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
• Basic financial knowledge, with an understanding of revenue, cash flow, and market trends.
• Familiarity with technical solutions such as payment gateways, POS systems, or website development platforms is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Salesforce is beneficial, but not required.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with strong business insight.
