This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Identify and investigate potential international clients through outbound prospecting, networking, industry events, and digital platforms.
• Initiate and sustain meaningful dialogues with prospects, uncovering their requirements and effectively positioning Yuno's solutions.
• Clearly and persuasively present Yuno's value proposition, confidently addressing inquiries and objections.
• Qualify leads and transfer high-potential opportunities to the Account Executive team with comprehensive context.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to ensure the team has a clear understanding of pipeline activities.
• Observe industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities across the region to enhance your prospecting strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine outreach messaging and target audiences.
• Propose innovative ideas for improving prospecting methods — if you identify a better approach, share it.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential — part of the interview will be conducted in English.
• At least 2 years of experience in a prospecting, SDR, or outbound sales position.
• Over 1 year of experience in the banking sector may be advantageous.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and a genuine enthusiasm for sales.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proven history of achieving or surpassing targets.
• Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
