This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build, nurture, and sustain positive relationships with both customers and the business.
• Regularly arrange qualified sales meetings for the BC team.
• Progress all prospects through the appropriate stages of the pipeline using the CRM throughout the day.
• Keep an accurate and updated pipeline in the relevant CRM.
• Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods.
• Record all interactions with prospects and clients in the “notes” section of the CRM.
• Provide prospects with expert-level education on our products.
• Enable the Director of Marketing and leadership team members to monitor and review conversations for feedback.
• Be available most days from 9 am to 5 pm local time to engage in social media conversations.
• Be flexible with hours to ensure maximum calendar coverage (e.g., rotating into weekend or evening shifts).
• Utilize both internal and external resources to stay informed about our products and industry trends.
• Partner with the Director of Marketing to generate ideas that deliver value to our prospects.
• Promote engagement within our community platforms.
• Remain vigilant to any emerging trends of negative feedback from Gym Launch clients and report to the Director of Marketing and Director of Coaching.
• Work alongside the Director of Marketing to ensure seamless transitions from prospect to qualified sales opportunity.
• Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms and their dynamics.
• Outstanding communication skills over the phone, via Facebook, and in video conferences (this is essential).
• Background in business-to-business (B2B) sales (1-2+ years).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive Attitude: Approach challenges with an optimistic outlook and a strong desire for professional growth.
• Enthusiastic about contributing to community management platforms and fostering activity, participation, and conversion among group members.
• Highly self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• $70,000-$80,000 OTE.
