This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee Qodana trial registrations and product usage metrics, engaging with high-intent users to convert free usage into commercial discussions.
• Execute outbound initiatives through email, LinkedIn, and phone, focusing on engineering leaders, DevOps managers, and platform teams.
• Outperform competitors by effectively articulating Qodana’s value proposition.
• Manage and finalize deals up to €5,000 ARR from start to finish, including crafting proposals, handling objections, negotiating, and obtaining signatures.
• Transition larger opportunities to account executives, providing comprehensive context and clear indicators for expansion.
• Identify renewal risks and assist with smaller account renewals, maintaining close engagement with post-sale adoption.
• Represent Qodana at developer conferences and JetBrains events throughout Europe.
• Convert market feedback – understanding what resonates, what falls flat, and areas of loss – into sales strategy and messaging.
• Demonstrated experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales position within the technical B2B sales sector.
• A true interest or background in developer tools, DevOps, or software engineering productivity – while expertise is not required at the moment, a desire to learn is essential.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools such as Seismic or Leadfeeder.
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills – proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
