This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage a designated geographic area while fostering strong, trusting relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Conduct field prospecting by visiting clinics, practices, and care facilities directly.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle from start to finish.
• Comprehend practitioners’ workflows and customize solutions accordingly.
• Provide hands-on product onboarding and training within medical practices.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales leadership.
• Some prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing positions.
• A strong drive for sales achievement.
• Capability to manage the entire sales cycle with support.
• Interest in healthcare, digital products, or technologies that enhance professional workflows.
• A collaborative attitude, receptiveness to feedback, and a keen desire to learn and advance.
• Bilingual proficiency in both German and English.
