This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Generate new business opportunities through both inbound and outbound prospecting, utilizing email, phone, social media channels, events, and targeted campaigns.
• Identify, research, and qualify potential clients by comprehending their needs, challenges, and readiness to engage with the sales process.
• Develop and implement outreach sequences, including tailored email campaigns and cold-calling strategies to effectively map and penetrate accounts.
• Engage with existing customers as necessary to uncover cross-selling or expansion opportunities within a specified segment or product (as applicable to the team).
• Educate and nurture leads to guide them toward a qualified meeting or the next step in their buyer journey.
• Maintain precise and current lead and activity data in CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a seamless and effective transition of qualified opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to continuously enhance lead-generation processes, messaging, and workflow improvements.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings, Sales Qualified Opportunities, and pipeline contributions.
• Engage in ongoing training, coaching, and skill development.
• Experience in a sales development, business development, or outbound commercial role (experience level may vary based on team needs).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects across various channels.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote-friendly environment.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities and outreach activities simultaneously.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline-generation goals.
• Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and sourcing solutions autonomously.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on growth; adaptable to changes in processes, products, or market focus.
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to craft engaging outreach messages and campaign sequences.
• Experience in HR tech, fintech, or high-growth startup environments is a plus but not mandatory.
