This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You engage with inbound leads using sound judgment, structured analysis, and a genuine interest in the customer, rather than following a rote process.
• You handle inbound leads in both B2B and B2C contexts, including those generated from campaigns, partnerships, or referrals.
• Each inquiry is analyzed in a systematic manner, prioritizing based on potential, fit, and strategic relevance.
• You initiate conversations with owners, decision-makers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• You evaluate which inquiries possess genuine project potential and prepare them specifically for the sales team.
• You are accountable for the quality of your pipeline, serving as a crucial lever in our sales success.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team, you gain in-depth insights into the entire sales process.
• Proficiency in business-fluent German.
• You approach your work in a structured manner, take full ownership of your pipeline, and strive to achieve above-average results.
• You quickly build trust and are capable of communicating complex topics in a clear and coherent manner.
• Your desire to understand excellent sales practices enables you to accurately identify inquiries with real potential.
• Ideally, you possess some initial experience in SaaS and thrive in fast-paced, flexible, and independent work environments.
• You are data-driven and hold a completed degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales.
