This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engaging in high-volume cold calling (primary focus): You will make a substantial number of outbound cold calls each day to B2B clients in Switzerland.
• Reception and gatekeeper management: You will confidently manage the initial cold outreach.
• Conducting needs analysis via phone: You will swiftly qualify leads during direct conversations.
• Appointment generation: You will create interest during calls and successfully secure appointments.
• CRM management: You will utilize sales tools for efficient research and accurately document your call activities and lead details in our CRM system.
• You are fluent in German and ideally proficient in English.
• You reside in the Federal Republic of Germany; remote work is permitted only from within Germany.
• A genuine passion for phone-based sales: You are unafraid to pick up the phone.
• Knowledge of the Swiss market: You possess excellent High German (Hochdeutsch) skills.
• High resilience and a proactive "doer" mentality: You are not discouraged by rejection.
• Result-driven "hunter" instinct: You are motivated to close deals.
