This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Generating and qualifying new leads through outbound outreach, inbound follow-up, and prospecting efforts.
• Developing and managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet sales targets and regional growth goals.
• Engaging with target personas via phone, email, and various digital channels.
• Utilizing qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT) to evaluate and prioritize leads before passing them to Sales.
• Working closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on target accounts, campaigns, and messaging.
• Keeping accurate and current records in the CRM (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), including prospect interactions, lead status, and pipeline activities.
• A High School Degree is mandatory; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales (inside or outside), customer-facing roles, or internships in sales settings.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High motivation, resilience, and a “hunter/closer” mindset.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
