This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create targeted account lists with real context. Grasp the operational challenges before initiating contact.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the SimpliGov platform and its value proposition.
• Implement workflows in Gong and Salesforce. Assess conversion rates at each stage. Adapt strategies that are ineffective. Iterate as necessary.
• Maintain a robust level of outbound activities to meet or surpass your monthly goals for scheduled meetings and qualified opportunities.
• Qualify leads during initial discussions. Identify genuine pain points. Understand procurement processes. Transition qualified opportunities to our RSD team.
• Relay insights gained from conversations to our sales leadership. Contribute to shaping messaging. Witness your insights enhance campaign effectiveness.
• 1-2+ years of experience in SDR or outbound sales development.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, email outreach tools, and CRM systems is preferred.
• A highly motivated, self-driven individual who takes the initiative in prospecting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must reside in the U.S.
