This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Engage in high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and research lists of prospects within designated territories and target accounts.
• Execute outreach sequences utilizing established messaging and templates.
• Personalize outreach where suitable while ensuring messaging consistency.
• Qualify prospects and arrange meetings for the relevant field sales representative.
• Keep precise records and track activities within Salesforce and Outreach.
• Create and update opportunities in accordance with established sales processes.
• Relay meeting details and prospect context to Account Executives via Slack and CRM.
• Uphold strong CRM hygiene and guarantee accurate reporting.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance outreach efforts continuously.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound Sales Development, Business Development, or inside sales.
• Proven experience with high-volume cold calling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in scheduling meetings for Account Executives or external sales teams.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to established sales processes.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• **Preferred Qualifications**
• Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Background in selling to education, school districts, public sector, healthcare, food service, or nutrition-related sectors.
• Familiarity with Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, or similar sales engagement tools.
• Experience in researching accounts and identifying buying personas.
