This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Implement a robust outreach strategy targeting a minimum of 200 interactions daily.
• Maintain a well-rounded multi-channel approach, ensuring at least 50% of outreach is conducted via phone cold calls, complemented by customized email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Meet and surpass a monthly goal of 12 outbound meetings scheduled with qualified prospects.
• Efficiently identify and qualify leads to guarantee high conversion rates from the initial contact to the booked meeting.
• Collaborate with internal intelligence and creative teams to maximize the use of pre-qualified leads and personalized content.
• Daily management of your pipeline and activities using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Native-level proficiency in German (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume cold calling and cold emailing.
• Strong skills in LinkedIn outreach and lead qualification.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Capability to work within EU time zones.
• A resilient and high-activity mindset, with the ability to manage rejection and remain focused on achieving targets.
