
Sales Development Representative – Marketing Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Create and manage targeted prospect lists utilizing Google Docs and various other tools
• Send follow-up emails to prospects in order to schedule and confirm appointments
• Perform warm outreach calls to both past and current prospects
• Update and oversee the CRM (Zoho) ensuring accurate notes, follow-ups, and activity logs
• Organize and manage the sales calendar to facilitate smooth scheduling
• Provide assistance with administrative tasks to support daily sales activities
• Collaborate with the sales lead to enhance outreach and follow-up strategies
• Prior experience in a **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** or a comparable sales support position
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable with making warm outreach calls and engaging with prospects
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho or similar)
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks effectively
• **Nice-to-Have:**
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Slack, and Microsoft Office
• Experience in data entry and list development
• Background in digital marketing or within agency settings
