This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Execute outbound follow-up calls to both warm and cold prospects.
• Assess potential clients and schedule appointments for the client.
• Utilize scripts to effectively convey value and address objections.
• Keep Zoho CRM updated with precise lead information.
• Conduct list building, data input, and lead monitoring.
• Oversee follow-up sequences to enhance conversion rates.
• Employ tools like Google Docs and Excel for reporting and organization.
• Collaborate closely with the client to refine outreach strategies.
• Consistently achieve KPIs (calls made, appointments arranged, follow-ups completed).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales Development within Marketing.
• Excellent spoken English—clear, confident, and professional.
• Demonstrated success in outbound calling and lead follow-up.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar customer relationship management systems.
• Comfortable performing data entry and administrative support tasks.
• Intermediate skills in Google Docs, Excel, and other online tools.
• Highly organized with a strong focus on detail.
• Positive and coachable demeanor (training and scripts provided).
• Must reside in South Africa or Latin America (time zone compatibility is required).
• Must possess a reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection.
• Must be available full-time and fully dedicated to one client.
