This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the strategy and execution of pipeline development across key enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Recruit, mentor, and supervise Sales Development Representatives to create a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, account-based outreach, and the qualification of inbound leads.
• Set team objectives, operational routines, performance standards, and accountability measures that align with revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Revenue Operations on targeting strategies, messaging, territory planning, and pipeline initiatives.
• Create and refine prospecting strategies for enterprise clients.
• Design engagement models for prospects with intricate buying committees.
• Guide SDRs on prospecting techniques, qualification criteria, objection management, enterprise messaging, and buyer engagement strategies.
• Assess pipeline performance, activity metrics, and account engagement data to pinpoint enhancements and ensure pipeline health visibility.
• Review and implement tools, processes, and methodologies aimed at boosting SDR productivity, pipeline creation, and scalability.
• Keep abreast of advancements in sales development technologies and AI-driven prospecting.
• Meet or surpass pipeline generation targets while cultivating a high-achieving sales development team.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales development, business development, or revenue generation roles within SaaS, fintech, or technology sectors.
• More than 5 years of experience managing sales development teams with direct responsibility for pipeline generation and revenue results.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of leading and developing Sales Development Representatives across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles, complex buying committees, and strategic account engagement frameworks.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess pipeline performance, conversion rates, activity metrics, and market signals.
• Capacity to influence cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
• Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems, sales engagement tools, data intelligence, and prospecting technology platforms.
• Ability to evaluate and implement contemporary sales development technologies, including AI-driven prospecting workflows.
• Familiarity with email deliverability best practices, domain warming techniques, and scalable outbound engagement strategies.
• Ability to work independently with substantial autonomy.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for full-time positions; employment sponsorship is not available.
• Preferred: experience in banking technology or regulated financial services sectors.
• Preferred: experience in supporting multiple business lines, product offerings, or market segments.
