This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Make over 100 calls daily to engage with warm, pre-qualified leads.
• Adhere to our established sales process consistently with every call.
• Achieve daily booking targets on a regular basis.
• Oversee your sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups in our CRM.
• Participate in daily training sessions with your coach and quickly implement their feedback.
• Maintain accurate administrative tasks and data to enhance overall team performance.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in an SDR, BDR, or high-touch sales position, or demonstrable success in selling your own products.
• Outstanding phone skills; not just comfortable, but exceptional.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Capable of managing your time and sales pipeline independently.
