This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research to discover potential clients within the Supply Chain Core Markets sector.
• Recognize sales opportunities by following up on inbound leads and initiating outbound cold calls and emails.
• Develop a sales pipeline while gaining insight into customer needs within the Core Markets range.
• Engage with prospective clients in targeted markets through outbound communications, including calls, emails, and social media channels.
• Assess inbound and outbound leads based on established criteria and customer requirements.
• Arrange qualified sales appointments for relevant sales team members.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for leads and appointments.
• Assist in executing targeted outreach campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing on lead nurturing initiatives and provide input regarding lead quality, messaging, and campaign performance.
• Relay customer insights, objections, and emerging market demands to the sales team and leadership.
• Aid in enhancing outreach messaging, scripts, and qualification methods.
• Keep precise records of prospect interactions and lead statuses within Salesforce.
• Oversee assigned lead pipelines for follow-ups, progress tracking, or disqualification.
• Offer visibility into pipeline activities, conversion trends, and lead quality.
• Utilize sanctioned sales tools and technologies.
• Use data and feedback to refine outreach efforts and enhance conversion rates.
• Cultivate and sustain a solid understanding of Logistics Solutions products, applications, and target markets.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales tools such as Gong and ZoomInfo is advantageous.
• Strong capability to prospect and conduct cold calls.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly driven and results-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
• Proactive, self-motivated individual who excels both independently in a remote environment and in team collaboration.
• Industry knowledge and product familiarity is a plus.
• Travel requirement: a minimum of 25%, including participation in trade shows, training sessions, and internal company events.
