This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Serve as the lead for the European expansion initiative, with a specific focus on the Portuguese and Spanish markets.
• Emphasize high-volume, strategic outreach to penetrate enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Perform a significant number of outbound cold calls and tailor-made emails to discover and engage potential clients.
• Arrange valuable introductory meetings for the client's leadership and commercial teams.
• Employ strategic questioning to assess and qualify prospects.
• Keep detailed and accurate records in the CRM system.
• Identify key decision-makers within targeted organizations.
• 2–3 years of experience in a high-activity outreach position (Recruitment, Real Estate, or Inside Sales for marketplaces/SaaS companies).
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a notable advantage for this position.
• Previous experience or a strong interest in logistics, supply chain, or "boots on the ground" sectors.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where speed and accountability are essential.
