This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ethiopia.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound prospecting calls to businesses located in the U.S.
• Engage with decision-makers through professional business discussions.
• Identify qualified opportunities within the shipping and logistics sectors.
• Maintain precise records in the CRM and track follow-up activities.
• Utilize sales tools such as Pipedrive CRM and the PhoneBurner dialer.
• Achieve and surpass daily key performance indicators (KPIs) and outbound activity targets.
• Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to enhance outreach performance.
• Adhere to structured outreach scripts and sales processes, while adapting naturally to conversations.
• Daily KPIs & Performance Expectations:
• Minimum of 300 outbound calls each day.
• Approximately 60 live conversations on a daily basis.
• Identification of 10 qualified leads per day (primary KPI).
• Proficient English fluency with professional verbal and written communication skills.
• A neutral or easily comprehensible accent suited for U.S.-based business interactions.
• Comfort with making a high volume of outbound sales calls daily.
• Ability to confidently engage prospects beyond scripted dialogues.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours, Monday to Friday.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems, email, and sales software.
• Strong coachability and a willingness to adhere to proven systems.
• Dependable, punctual, and a highly disciplined work ethic.
• Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
• Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, in telesales, or outbound sales.
• B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with platforms like Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Experience in selling services or solutions.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• A competitive mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, or the supply chain is a plus.
