This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Reach out to prospective and current customers through a variety of channels to develop a pipeline of leads.
• Build relationships with potential customers and assess how well our products/services meet their requirements.
• Arrange sales demonstrations and meetings.
• Establish and maintain a CRM or contact database.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure lead generation efforts are in sync with the overall sales strategy.
• Set sales targets to enhance revenue and report on the performance outcomes of the sales team.
• Design, distribute, and gather customer surveys, summarizing the findings into a datasheet or report.
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints as the initial point of contact.
• Reach out to students/graduates who are in default on loans.
• Make phone calls to encourage them to resume their payment schedules.
• Collaborate with the default processing team to manage accounts effectively.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
• A graduate with a bachelor's degree or a certificate course.
• At least 1 year of sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets while managing customer relationships successfully.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
• Outstanding communication abilities via phone, email, and instant messaging.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with technology and knowledgeable about current tools, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM systems, and VoIP.
• Proficiency in word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
• Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Proactive and self-assured with a keen eye for detail.
