This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Reach out to potential and current customers through various channels to establish a lead pipeline.
• Foster relationships with prospective clients and assess how our products/services align with their needs.
• Arrange sales demonstrations and meetings.
• Organize and maintain a CRM or contact list.
• Work with internal teams to ensure lead generation aligns with the overall sales strategy.
• Set sales targets to enhance revenue and report on the performance outcomes of the sales team.
• Develop, distribute, and gather customer feedback surveys, compiling the findings into a datasheet or report.
• Execute general administrative duties.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints as the initial point of contact.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
• A graduate with a bachelor's degree or a certificate course.
• At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and effectively managing customer relationships.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication abilities via phone, email, and instant messaging.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal capabilities.
• Tech-savvy and knowledgeable about current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.
• Proficient in word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
• Familiar with online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Proactive and self-assured with a keen eye for detail.
