Sales Development Representative – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Conduct a significant number of outbound calls each day

• Interact with prospects in real-time and address any objections

• Build a pipeline and monitor outcomes

• Present customized recruitment solutions to HR leaders, hiring managers, recruiters, and business executives

• Excel in a target-oriented setting with proactive outreach


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as an SDR, Business Development Representative (BDR), Recruiter, Account Executive, or Staffing Sales Representative

• Demonstrated success in a high-volume cold calling environment, capable of making consistent daily outbound calls while ensuring high-quality conversations

• Strong skills in cold calling, lead generation, and handling objections

• Proven track record in scheduling meetings and generating qualified B2B sales opportunities

• Experience interacting with HR directors, hiring managers, and C-level decision-makers

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Comfortable providing feedback on market resonance and contributing to the improvement of pitch effectiveness over time

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR services sectors

• Background in selling recruitment services, staffing solutions, or RPO services

• Understanding of recruitment workflows, hiring challenges, and workforce planning

• Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other similar prospecting platforms

• Experience in high-volume outbound sales or inside sales settings

• Strong grasp of B2B sales processes and pipeline management
