This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Responsible for supporting active prospecting and the generation of qualified leads.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and networking.
• Qualify prospects based on established business criteria and create opportunities for the sales team.
• Coordinate and schedule initial business meetings with qualified prospects.
• Identify market trends, needs, and new business opportunities.
• Keep prospect information, activities, and opportunities updated in CRM (HubSpot).
• Assist in the preparation of basic business proposals and follow up on opportunities alongside the sales team.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in commercial prospecting, lead generation, customer service, or business development.
• Interest in professional development in consultative sales, technology, and SaaS.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile.
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
• Resilience and a positive attitude towards commercial challenges and active prospecting.
• Self-management skills and ability to track commercial objectives.
• Professional degree, Bachelor's, or equivalent training in marketing, administration, business, international commerce, industrial engineering, or related fields.
• Additional training in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus.
• Intermediate English is desirable.
• Training and support in consultative sales and B2B demand generation.
