📋 Description

• Engage in outreach and follow-up communications with both potential and existing clients through phone calls, emails, and various other channels.

• Provide assistance in scheduling and arranging demonstrations and meetings, including the setting of appointments.

• Oversee the CRM system, ensuring the organization and accuracy of contact information while tagging leads appropriately.

• Demonstrate an excellent command of English, emphasizing high-quality reading, writing, and speaking abilities.

• Be tech-savvy with expertise in utilizing online tools and platforms, particularly Apollo IO and a CRM system.

• Have completed college and possess a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a similar position.

• Exhibit strong attention to detail and essential organizational skills.

• Previous experience in a remote work setting is considered advantageous.
