Sales Development Representative, Italian/Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Propel adstrong’s expansion through extensive outbound prospecting, emphasizing cold calling techniques.

• Client engagement. Initiate and oversee discussions with prospective clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and messaging applications.

• Lead generation. Identify and connect with potential buyers to create qualified meetings for the sales team.

• Cold outreach. Conduct cold calls and send emails to introduce the company and ignite initial interest.

• Social selling. Prospect and manage outreach sequences on LinkedIn and other pertinent platforms.

• Relationship cultivation. Establish and sustain relationships with prospects through ongoing interactions.

• Process enhancement. Collaborate with the Head of Sales, Vince, to refine communication strategies and devise new methods for engaging potential customers.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in generating new business opportunities in B2B settings through direct engagement with prospects.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capability to steer conversations confidently.

• Comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects and decision-makers.

• Ability to swiftly grasp business needs and respond appropriately.

• Well-versed in cold calling, cold emailing, and the overall sequencing process.

• Possess a hunter mentality, with a proactive mindset for problem-solving.

• Able to handle rejection constructively and maintain momentum.

• Consistently follows up and advances conversations.

• Capable of adjusting messaging and communication style based on the prospect and context.

• Strong time management and personal organization skills in a remote work environment.

• Proficient in English at C2 level.

• Proficient in Spanish or Italian at C2 level.

• Proficiency in French is an advantage.

• Familiar with CRM systems.

• Experience with HubSpot is a bonus.
