This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Conduct research to identify and target potential customers, creating new business opportunities through proactive outreach methods such as calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Interact with prospects to gain insights into their needs, evaluate their suitability, and arrange qualified sales meetings.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies and boost lead conversion rates.
• Maintain precise records in our CRM system, monitor interactions, and utilize tools to optimize outreach efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices to continually refine your approach.
• Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to cultivate relationships and generate leads.
• Proficiency in English and Italian is essential.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or B2B SaaS sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is required.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to quickly engage and establish rapport.
• A highly self-motivated and resilient attitude with a strong passion for sales and business growth.
• Outstanding time management and organizational abilities.
• A strong desire to learn, develop, and progress within the sales domain.
