📋 Description

• Execute outbound prospecting through various methods such as cold calling, email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and additional lead generation tactics.

• Identify and assess potential clients within targeted industries and decision-maker roles.

• Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives and senior members of the sales team.

• Keep precise records of leads, activities, and updates in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.

• Conduct research on prospects and customize outreach efforts to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

• Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation initiatives.

• Achieve and surpass weekly and monthly key performance indicators related to outreach, scheduled meetings, and qualified opportunities.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s IT software solutions and effectively articulate value propositions.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales.

• Prior experience in selling IT software, SaaS products, or technology services is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with strong proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or comparable tools.

• Comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls and performing cold outreach.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple prospects at once.

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and adept at working remotely.
