This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Perform outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Research and pinpoint target accounts within the established Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers using tailored messaging.
• Present and articulate the benefits of our no-code automation platform.
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
• Keep accurate pipeline data and activity logs in the CRM.
• Continuously enhance outreach strategies, messaging, and targeting efforts.
• Achieve weekly and monthly activity and meeting-booking goals.
• 1–2+ years of relevant SDR/BDR experience in outbound B2B SaaS/tech (required).
• Demonstrated experience in prospecting and selling to companies based in the US (required).
• Strong history of booking meetings and consistently developing a sales pipeline.
• Confidence in engaging with C-level executives.
• Ability to rapidly comprehend business processes and adjust messaging for different industries and use cases.
• Experience with multi-channel outbound strategies (cold calling, email, LinkedIn).
• Familiarity with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo and Apollo (highly advantageous).
• Experience with CRM systems (Monday.com preferred).
• Highly proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Well-organized, structured, and capable of working independently.
