This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Make between 300 to 400 outbound calls each day to reconnect with former clients.
• Identify and assess new opportunities from inactive accounts.
• Confidently address objections and reposition the value of our services.
• Keep precise records of calls and their outcomes within CRM systems.
• Work in conjunction with the sales team to relay qualified prospects.
• Regularly achieve or surpass daily activity and performance goals.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound sales, Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles, or similar positions (not customer service related).
• Demonstrated ability to manage high call volumes, with a minimum of 150 calls daily.
• Strong skills in handling objections and persuading clients.
• Experience in performance-oriented settings.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or above).
• Comfortable working with targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
• Completion of Baccalaureate or Middle Education studies.
