This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting initiatives through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques.
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers in the manufacturing and industrial sectors throughout the UK and Europe.
• Qualify leads through thorough discovery processes to ensure alignment with the company's hardware and software offerings.
• Maintain and manage a clean pipeline within the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), ensuring detailed documentation of all interactions.
• Work closely with the Senior Sales team to transition qualified leads and facilitate a seamless customer experience.
• Achieve and surpass weekly and monthly KPIs concerning meetings scheduled and sales-qualified opportunities generated.
• Over 1 year of experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or a remote SDR position.
• Demonstrated success in cold calling and effectively handling objections at scale.
• Previous experience in selling industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, or complex technical B2B solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills with the ability to engage confidently with UK-based clients.
• Proactive, resilient, and professional attitude—you are someone who quickly rebounds and remains focused on solutions.
• Familiarity with modern CRM systems and a disciplined work ethic in a remote setting.

• Experience in a "Full Sales Cycle" role or an "Elite" SDR background.
• Knowledge of the coding, marking, or labeling industry.
• Proficiency in an additional European language.
