
Sales Development Representative – Indirect Channels

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Schedule meetings through outbound prospecting utilizing both automated and manual campaigns to meet daily and monthly pipeline objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure strong alignment on territory planning, account prioritization, and feedback mechanisms to enhance pipeline quality.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of our outbound strategy by identifying and engaging with decision-makers.
• Create, manage, and optimize large-scale multi-channel outbound campaigns using various tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, and others.
• Take ownership of the outbound process from comprehensive account research to guaranteeing that qualified meetings are successfully arranged for the Account Executive team.
• Work with leadership to enhance messaging, call scripts, and multi-channel outreach strategies to boost conversion rates and outbound effectiveness.
• Assist with Regional GTM & Marketing initiatives across both digital and onsite platforms.
• Effectively communicate compelling value propositions to technical buyers and remain up-to-date with the latest product and service information.
• Stay informed about the latest offerings, products, and services.
• Some travel may be required.
• 1+ years of experience in an outbound SDR or a comparable role.
• Demonstrated experience in selling SaaS B2B or Cloud products or services.
• Proven track record of achieving and striving for results in an outbound lead generation context.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities and balancing various tools or campaigns in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the resilience to navigate challenges and accelerate sales momentum.
• Capability to exercise a high level of autonomy and sales authority while maintaining excellent organizational skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
