
Sales Development Representative – Indirect Channels

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Schedule meetings through outbound prospecting utilizing both automated and manual campaigns to meet daily and monthly pipeline objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure alignment on territory planning, prioritization of accounts, and feedback processes to enhance pipeline quality.
• Assist in developing and refining our outbound strategy by identifying and contacting decision-makers.
• Create, manage, and optimize large-scale multi-channel outbound campaigns using various tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, and others.
• Take ownership of the outbound process from thorough account research to ensuring a qualified meeting is successfully arranged for the Account Executive team.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, call scripts, and multi-channel outreach strategies to boost conversion rates and outbound effectiveness.
• Support Regional GTM & Marketing initiatives across both digital and onsite formats.
• Effectively communicate compelling value propositions to technical buyers and stay updated on the latest product and service information.
• Remain informed about the most recent offerings/products/services.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an outbound SDR or related position.
• Demonstrated experience in selling SaaS B2B or Cloud products or services.
• A proven track record of achieving results in an outbound lead generation setting.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities and navigating various tools or campaigns in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude with the resilience to overcome challenges and accelerate sales performance.
• Ability to exercise a significant degree of autonomy and sales authority while maintaining a high level of organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
