This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Your primary objective is to generate a pipeline of opportunities for our Country Manager - Sales to facilitate deal closures.
• Prospecting & Outreach – Engage with our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) through email, LinkedIn, calls, and at events.
• Lead Qualification – Apply the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) framework to assess opportunities.
• Schedule Sales Meetings – Arrange discovery calls, meetings, and demonstrations.
• Engage Inbound Leads – Promptly respond to inquiries from the website, webinar sign-ups, and marketing-generated leads.
• Utilize AI & Automation – Make use of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Lusha to enhance efficiency.
• Consistently Achieve KPIs – Meet your KPI objectives and monitor your activities in HubSpot (calls, emails, meetings booked).
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Prior experience in SaaS sales is required.
• A strong desire for success, high motivation, and a positive attitude are necessary.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are needed.
• Strong abilities in pitching, convincing, and closing sales.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in a B2B SaaS software environment, with a proven history of generating successful leads.
• Practical knowledge of various sales and qualification methodologies (BANT, MEDDPICC).
• Regularly met sales targets and quotas.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce is crucial, as maintaining data hygiene is a top priority for us.
