• Handle incoming leads promptly, ensuring swift qualification and outreach to potential customers.
• Create new business opportunities to enhance the sales pipeline.
• Implement multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other social media engagement.
• Develop targeted outbound approaches by utilizing intent signals and providing highly personalized communication.
• Advocate for Simpplr both internally and through your inbound and outbound initiatives.
• Meet monthly targets for sales accepted opportunities and sales qualified opportunities (Stage 2 & Stage 4).
• A genuine interest in sales, a background in sales, or 0-6 months of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
• A proven history of achieving quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• A motivated individual who excels in achieving success and winning.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to respond to inquiries via phone and email.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to identify a prospect's pain points during brief conversations.
• Experience in learning, both through structured training and self-directed discovery, how to effectively present the benefits of the product being sold.
• Capability to understand customer needs and effectively match those with a successful product sale.
• Excellent time management skills and an ability to work efficiently.
