
Sales Development Representative – Inbound/Outbound

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Respond to incoming leads within 15–30 minutes through phone and SMS.
• Conduct outbound outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
• Evaluate prospects based on their revenue, advertising expenditure, urgency, and suitability for our services.
• Schedule discovery calls for the sales team using established workflows and templates.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM activity at all times.
• Monitor outreach performance and achieve weekly key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide daily updates on progress, including responses, contacts reached, and meetings scheduled.
• 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales with demonstrable results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable engaging with business owners in US-facing markets.
• Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Highly organized with strong self-management abilities.
• Resilient mindset and confidence in managing high-volume outreach efforts.
• Candidates located in Latin America or those who can work during overlapping US business hours are strongly preferred.
