
Sales Development Representative – Inbound/Outbound

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Respond to inbound leads within 15–30 minutes through phone and SMS.
• Execute outbound outreach campaigns utilizing email and LinkedIn.
• Assess prospects based on their revenue, advertising spend, urgency, and service compatibility.
• Schedule discovery calls for the sales team by following established workflows and templates.
• Maintain up-to-date and organized CRM activity at all times.
• Monitor outreach performance and achieve weekly key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide daily progress reports, including responses, contacts made, and meetings scheduled.
• 1–3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in outbound sales with demonstrable results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable communicating with business owners in US-facing markets.
• Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Highly organized with exceptional self-management abilities.
• Resilient attitude and confidence in managing high-volume outreach efforts.
• Preference given to applicants located in Latin America or those who can overlap with US business hours.
