
Sales Development Representative – Inbound & Outbound

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Respond to incoming leads within 15–30 minutes via phone and SMS.
• Conduct outbound outreach campaigns through email and LinkedIn.
• Assess prospects based on revenue, advertising expenditure, urgency, and service compatibility.
• Schedule discovery calls for the sales team utilizing provided workflows and templates.
• Maintain CRM activities thoroughly updated and organized at all times.
• Monitor outreach performance and achieve weekly KPIs.
• Provide daily progress updates, including replies, contacts engaged, and meetings scheduled.
• 1–3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in outbound sales with quantifiable results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable engaging with business owners in US-facing markets.
• Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Highly organized with strong self-management abilities.
• Resilient attitude and confidence in managing high-volume outreach.
• Candidates located in Latin America or those who can overlap with US business hours are strongly preferred.
