
Sales Development Representative – Inbound, Outbound

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Respond to inbound leads within 15–30 minutes through phone and SMS.
• Conduct outbound outreach initiatives via email and LinkedIn.
• Assess prospects according to revenue, advertising expenditure, urgency, and service compatibility.
• Schedule discovery calls for the sales team using established workflows and templates.
• Maintain an organized and fully updated CRM at all times.
• Monitor outreach performance and achieve weekly key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide daily updates on progress, including responses, contacts made, and meetings scheduled.
• 1–3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in outbound sales with quantifiable results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable engaging with business owners in US-facing markets.
• Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Highly organized with strong self-management capabilities.
• Resilient attitude and confidence in managing high-volume outreach.
• Candidates residing in Latin America or those who can work during overlapping US business hours are strongly preferred.
