This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Respond to incoming leads within 15–30 minutes via phone and SMS.
• Conduct outbound outreach campaigns utilizing email and LinkedIn.
• Evaluate prospects based on criteria such as revenue, ad spend, urgency, and service compatibility.
• Schedule discovery calls for the sales team by following established workflows and templates.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized updates in the CRM at all times.
• Monitor outreach performance to achieve weekly KPIs.
• Provide daily updates on progress, including replies received, contacts made, and meetings scheduled.
• 1–3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in outbound sales with quantifiable results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable engaging with business owners in US-facing markets.
• Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Highly organized with strong self-management abilities.
• Resilient attitude and confidence in managing high-volume outreach.
• Preference will be given to applicants located in Latin America or those who can work during overlapping US business hours.
