This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ethiopia.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential healthcare clients.
• Assess leads according to established criteria and direct opportunities accordingly.
• Arrange appointments and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Keep precise records of activities and leads within the CRM system.
• Follow up with incoming prospects to guarantee prompt engagement.
• Acquire knowledge and effectively communicate the company’s healthcare-centered value proposition.
• Work in conjunction with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
• Background in sales, customer support, or appointment-setting positions.
• Previous experience working remotely, with proficiency in remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Excellent verbal communication abilities and confidence in speaking with prospects over the phone.
• Fundamental experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Stable internet connection and a professional setup for remote work.
