This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Assess prospects by identifying their needs, challenges, and purchasing intent.
• Arrange qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Keep precise records of outreach efforts and lead activities in the CRM.
• Achieve or surpass activity and performance goals (calls, conversations, meetings arranged).
• Investigate target accounts and contacts to tailor outreach efforts.
• Work collaboratively with sales leadership to enhance messaging and outreach tactics.
• Bachelor’s degree from one of the following institutions only:
• - American University in Cairo (Fifth Settlement)
• - Coventry University (New Capital)
• - German University in Cairo (GUC)
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or as an SDR with practical outbound cold calling experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
• Comfortable engaging in high-volume outbound activities and handling rejection.
• Strong organizational, time management, and self-discipline skills.
• Non-negotiable: Previous remote work experience, proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies. Applications lacking this experience will not be considered.
