• Engage and communicate with inbound leads generated through paid advertising campaigns.
• Make between 150 and 250 calls daily while ensuring quality conversations.
• Transform qualified leads into scheduled appointments.
• Consistently achieve between 4 to 9 bookings each day.
• Adhere to scripts precisely while delivering them in a natural and confident manner.
• Professionally manage objections and guide prospects towards booking an appointment.
• Keep accurate notes in the CRM and update leads accordingly.
• Document all appointment details and follow-up actions accurately.
• Collaborate with team members using communication and workflow tools.
• Track KPIs and continually enhance performance.
• Maintain an appointment show rate exceeding 90%.
• Facilitate 100 to 160 appointments that are attended each month.
• A minimum of 6 months of sales experience is required (1+ year preferred).
• Must have experience in a phone-intensive sales role, making calls for 4+ hours per day.
• Previous experience in inbound appointment setting is necessary.
• Familiarity with handling leads from paid ads (Meta/Facebook leads preferred) is required.
• Must be knowledgeable about KPI-driven environments and able to discuss past metrics and performance confidently.
• Advanced spoken English with a minimal accent and excellent communication skills is essential.
• Possess a clear and confident phone presence with strong call control.
• Should not be soft-spoken, passive, or overly verbose during calls.
• Comfortable following scripts verbatim while maintaining a natural delivery.
• Strong skills in handling objections effectively.
• Accurate in updating CRM and performing data entry tasks.
• Process-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
• Emotionally steady and capable of managing a high volume of daily calls (150–250 calls/day).
• Experience with GoHighLevel is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Slack is required or preferred for team collaboration.
• Knowledge of HubSpot or Salesforce CRM is acceptable.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is preferred.
• Familiarity with Airtable, Slite, and Google Workspace is a plus.
