This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proven experience in selling Financial Services to businesses of varying sizes.
• Support and oversee negotiations, presentations, and business development initiatives for clients.
• Accountable for achieving key performance metrics, including revenue targets, volume, conversion rates, and monthly quotas.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and generate new business opportunities through focused outbound calling.
• Engage with partners on a daily basis while maintaining a strong brand image.
• Diligently follow up on leads and sustain an active sales pipeline.
• Conduct research and analysis to provide relevant background information on prospective clients.
• Collaborate in a team-oriented environment by liaising with the sales department and merchants.
• Manage and track up to 50 prospects across various stages of the sales process.
• Stay informed about industry trends to comprehend market dynamics.
• Responsibilities may evolve to better align with business needs.
• A diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably within IT, Fin-Tech, SaaS, or consultative sales.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, coupled with strong accountability.
• Strong organizational abilities and capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of meeting metrics and performance standards.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite is essential.
• Proficient in clear communication and adaptable in various situations.
• Experience with administrative responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism.
• Competitive Base Salary Range of $45,000.
