This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, SMS, email, and LinkedIn.
• Identify and research businesses in the home services sector (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.).
• Qualify leads by engaging in discovery conversations.
• Schedule meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Ensure accurate tracking of the sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Consistently follow up with prospects to guide them through the sales funnel.
• Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or outbound sales positions.
• Proficient in cold calling and skilled in handling objections.
• Previous experience selling to home services or local businesses is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Familiar with CRM tools and sales processes.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, especially in a remote work environment.
