Sales Development Representative – Home Renovations, Constructions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Reach out to potential and existing customers through various channels to establish a pipeline of leads.

• Build relationships with prospective clients and assess how the company’s products/services meet their needs.

• Arrange sales demonstrations and meetings.

• Establish and maintain a CRM or contact database.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure lead generation efforts align with the overall sales strategy.

• Set sales objectives aimed at boosting revenue and report on the sales team's performance outcomes.

• Design, distribute, and gather customer feedback surveys, compiling the findings into a datasheet or report.

• Perform general administrative tasks.

• Address customer inquiries and complaints as the initial point of contact.

• Manage ad hoc tasks.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or completion of a certificate program.

• At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets while effectively managing customer relationships.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong communication capabilities via phone, email, and instant messaging.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.

• Tech-savvy and familiar with modern technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM systems, and VoIP.

• Proficient in word processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).

• Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).

• Proactive and confident with a sharp attention to detail.

• USB headset featuring noise cancellation.

• Functional webcam.

• Computer with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.

• Main internet service speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection.

• Backup internet service speed: at least 10 Mbps.
