This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify and research healthcare organizations, clinics, and providers.
• Qualify leads by engaging in discovery conversations and conducting needs analyses.
• Schedule meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Keep precise records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance targeting and messaging strategies.
• Regularly meet or surpass outreach and meeting booking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Over 1 year of experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or outbound sales positions.
• Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
• Background in healthcare, health-tech, or B2B services.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to comprehend client needs and effectively position solutions.
• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms.
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely.

• Experience selling to clinics, hospitals, or healthcare providers.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows or compliance issues.
