Sales Development Representative, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead Generation: Utilize platforms such as Apollo and CRM tools to identify and qualify decision-makers in the healthcare sector.

• Appointment Setting: Engage with healthcare professionals to arrange meetings through calls and emails.

• Data Enrichment: Improve lead information and identify the appropriate contacts within healthcare organizations.

• Healthcare Sales Expertise: Cultivate and maintain a robust understanding of the company’s healthcare products to effectively engage with professionals.

• Follow-Up & Rescheduling: Ensure that any missed appointments are rescheduled in a timely manner.

• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align strategies and objectives.

• Inbound & Outbound Calling: Execute both cold calling and warm calling to potential clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.

• Proficiency with lead enrichment tools like Apollo.

• Familiarity with CRMs for tracking leads and outreach efforts.

• Exceptional communication skills for engaging professionally with healthcare providers.

• Strong self-motivation and effective time management abilities.

• Competency in using scheduling and lead management tools.

• Experience in healthcare outreach campaigns (e.g., wound care and weight loss clinics).

• Knowledge of best practices for appointment-setting in the medical field.

• **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**
