This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Conduct research to identify and target potential customers, creating new business opportunities through outbound outreach methods (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Interact with prospects to comprehend their needs, evaluate their suitability, and arrange qualified sales meetings.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies and boost lead conversion rates.
• Keep precise records in our CRM, monitor interactions, and utilize tools to optimize outreach efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to continuously refine your approach.
• Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to foster relationships and generate leads.
• Proficiency in both English and German is essential.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or preferred B2B SaaS sales.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
• Exceptional communication abilities (both written and verbal) with a knack for engaging and building rapport quickly.
• A self-motivated and resilient mindset, driven by a passion for sales and business growth.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
