This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to potential clients in the DACH region.
• Discover and qualify new business prospects through proactive outreach efforts.
• Effectively present the company's products and services to key decision-makers.
• Arrange qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
• Keep precise records of activities in CRM systems.
• Meet and surpass monthly KPIs and sales objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with prospective customers.
• Remain informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated cold calling or outbound sales experience.
• Native or fluent German (C1–C2 level is mandatory).
• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Resilient, driven by targets, and adept at managing objections.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
